Finely dice your onion and garlic. Slice your bacon into small pieces.
Fry your bacon in a pan with a lid (the lid doesn't have to be on). After a couple of minutes, add your onion and garlic. Mix and make sure everything is cooking nicely.
Add a crack of black pepper, oregano, tomato puree, 1 tbsp of FRANK'S RedHot® and your cherry tomatoes. Stir this together then add your dried pasta and cover with chicken stock. Pop the lid on and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and has absorbed the chicken stock.
Add your cream cheese and more FRANK'S RedHot®, give it a stir.
