• 3 tablespoons FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 smoked bacon rashers
  • Crack of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Handful of chopped parsley
  • 500 millilitres chicken stock
  • 150 grams dried pasta


  1. Finely dice your onion and garlic. Slice your bacon into small pieces.
  2. Fry your bacon in a pan with a lid (the lid doesn't have to be on). After a couple of minutes, add your onion and garlic. Mix and make sure everything is cooking nicely.
  3. Add a crack of black pepper, oregano, tomato puree, 1 tbsp of FRANK'S RedHot® and your cherry tomatoes. Stir this together then add your dried pasta and cover with chicken stock. Pop the lid on and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and has absorbed the chicken stock.
  4. Add your cream cheese and more FRANK'S RedHot®, give it a stir. 
  5. Top with a little parsley and enjoy profusely!
