Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion,
  • 400 grams passata, finely chopped
  • 250 millilitres fish stock
  • 3 tablespoon FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato purée
  • 300 grams linguine pasta
  • 225 grams large king prawns
  • 225 grams scollops

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes, add the fish stock, passata, Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce and tomato purée.Bring to the boil,reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes,until slightly thickened.Meanwhile cook the pasta,according to the pack instructions.
  2. Stir the prawns and scallops into the sauce, and cook for a further 5 minutes, until cooked through.
  3. Pour over the cooked pasta and enjoy!
