  1. To make the bacon glaze, simply add the Frank’s RedHot Sauce and sugar to a small pan and heat gently until the sugar has melted.
  2. Take off the heat and whisk in the butter until it has melted, to the consistency of a sticky BBQ sauce.
  3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon on a medium heat.
  4. Once it has started to cook, brush the glaze across each side, until it becomes sticky and caramelised.
