• 1 bottle FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 400 grams of diced chicken breast
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 300 millilitres vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons of runny honey
  • 100 grams butter


  1. Start by coating your chicken ready for frying. Use three separate bowls, in the first place the flour and in the second whisk the egg. Into the final bowl mix the breadcrumbs with the paprika, garlic, pepper, onion, oregano and cayenne pepper
  2. Place each piece of chicken into the bowl of flour, then the egg and finally into the flavoured breadcrumbs. Place these in a bowl ready for frying
  3. Once all the pieces have been coated, fill a heavy-based pan with vegetable oil about an inch ½ deep
  4. Once the oil has reach 175c, start frying the chicken pieces but do not overcrowd the pan. Fry these for around 10-15 minutes till they feel firm and have lightly browned on all edges
  5. Put the fried chicken into a bowl with kitchen paper to drain
  6. Melt the butter and mix with the runny honey and 1/3 of the FRANK'S RedHot® for your silky buttery sauce
  7. Using a large bowl place the fried chicken and sauce together and toss until completely coated
  8. Serve and enjoy!
