1. Fry your eggs, sunny side up
  2. An amazing foolproof way to get perfectly cooked eggs is to heat the pan over a high heat with a splash of oil.
  3. Crack the eggs into the pan and allow to sizzle to get a crispy bottom.
  4. Sprinkle a little bit of salt on top, then add a splash of water to the pan and quickly put the lid on.
  5. Leave for 30 seconds and the eggs will have a perfectly crispy bottom and runny yolk but perfectly cooked white.
