  • 3 tablespoons Frank's RedHot® Smoked Chipotle Craft Hot Sauce
  • 12 Meatballs
  • 200 grams pasta
  • 400 grams passata
  • 75 millilitres beef stock
  • Salt to taste
  • 70 grams Red Leicester cheese, grated
  • 30 grams mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Chopped parsley & parmesan to garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 200C/180C (fan)
  2. Cook pasta as per the instructions on the pack
  3. Whilst the pasta is cooking, bake the meatballs in a large ovenproof dish for around 15 mins. This time will vary, depending on the size of your meatballs. They need to be 10 minutes away from being cooked after this point. For example, if your meatballs need 30 minutes in the oven, they will need to be cooked for 20 minutes now
  4. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the passata, beef stock, salt, and Frank’s RedHot Smoked Chipotle until combined
  5. Once the pasta and meatballs are cooked, pour the pasta over the meatballs, then pour over the sauce, and sprinkle both cheeses on top
  6. Bake for 10 mins until the cheese has melted & is bubbling
  7. Top with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese and serve. Enjoy!
