  1. Preheat oven to 220ºC
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Frank’s RedHot®, olive oil, lime juice and the garlic
  3. On a large baking sheet, toss the cauliflower in the RedHot® Blood Dipping Sauce until fully coated
  4. Season generously with salt and pepper and spread into an even layer and roast until slightly charred and tender
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve alongside extra sauce for dipping!
