Sweet Chili Shrimp Stir-Fry sweet-chili-shrimp-stir-fry Makes: 4 servings 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger 1 cup chopped bell pepper (any color) 1/2 cup chopped red onion 1 1/4 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/3 cup FRANK'S RedHot Sweet Chili® Sauce <p>HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger, pepper and onion; stir-fry 3 minutes.&nbsp;<br /> <br /> ADD shrimp and Sweet Chili Sauce; stir-fry 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink and coated with sauce. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.</p>

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 1/4 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/3 cup FRANK'S RedHot Sweet Chili® Sauce

Directions

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger, pepper and onion; stir-fry 3 minutes. 

ADD shrimp and Sweet Chili Sauce; stir-fry 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink and coated with sauce. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
