Makes: 6 servings
1 lb. ground pork
1 tsp. dried sage
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
a pinch of ground cloves
1/2 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
3 cups 2% milk
1/3 cup flour
12 buttermilk biscuits, split
<p>COOK pork in large skillet on medium/high heat. Add sage, pepper, marjoram, sugar and cloves. Cook until browned.</p><p>REMOVE pork from heat and place in a separate dish that is lined with paper towels. Leave remnants in the skillet.</p><p>WHISK together milk and flour; add to skillet. On medium heat, constantly stir mixture until it begins to thicken. Add Buffalo sauce and stir to mix well.</p><p>STIR in meat; continue stirring until heated.</p><p>DIVIDE mixture evenly over biscuit bottoms. Top and serve.</p>
