Southwest Quinoa Salad southwest-quinoa-salad Makes: 6 servings 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar 3 Tbsp. lime juice 3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro 1 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. chili powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 cups cooked quinoa 1 avocado, peeled and diced 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed 1 cup halved grape tomatoes 3 green onion, chopped <p>COMBINE oil, Frank's RedHot, vinegar, ime juice, cilantro, cumin, chili powder and salt in large bowl.</p><p>ADD quinoa, avocado, black beans, tomatoes and green onion and toss until evenly coated.</p>

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 avocado, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • 3 green onion, chopped

Directions

COMBINE oil, Frank's RedHot, vinegar, ime juice, cilantro, cumin, chili powder and salt in large bowl.
