1/4 cup olive oil, divided
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup diced ripe, plum tomatoes [or canned tomatoes, drained]
1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/3 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce or FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 long Italian bread, cut into 1/2-inch slices [or French bread]
<p>HEAT 1 tbsp. oil in medium skillet. Sauté garlic about 1 minute. Stir in chicken, tomatoes, beans, cumin, and Buffalo Wing Sauce . Cook 2 minutes until heated through.</p><p>BRUSH bread slices with additional olive oil. Broil until lightly toasted.</p><p>SPOON chicken mixture over bread slices, dividing evenly. Garnish as desired.</p>
