1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey (10 % fat)
1 cup prepared salsa
1/4 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce or FRANK'S RedHot® Chile 'n Lime™ Hot Sauce
2 tsp. ground chili powder
6 (6 inch) pita breads or flat breads
2 cups FRENCH'S® Potato Sticks
2 cups reduced fat shredded Cheddar cheese
<p>HEAT oven to 350°F. Cook beef in skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until browned, stirring to separate meat; drain.</p><p>STIR in salsa, Frank's RedHot Sauce and chili powder. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 5 minutes, stirring often.</p><p>TO SERVE, spoon meat mixture on pita breads, dividing evenly. Top each with 1/3 cup potato sticks and 1/3 cup cheese. Heat in oven 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.</p>
Serve the taco filling on pita breads or flat breads for a Mexican-style pizza.
