RedHot Fudge Sauce
Set up a festive ice cream bar for Holiday entertaining. Prepare this fudge sauce and serve with several flavors of ice cream plus all the trimmings such as whipped cream, sprinkles, cookie crumbs, and sliced fresh fruit.
Makes: 3 cups
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 ounce each) packages semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp. FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
<p>COMBINE condensed milk, chocolate and cream in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 3 min. until chocolate is melted, stirring once. Stir in Frank's RedHot Sauce and cinnamon.</p><p>SPOON sauce over ice cream, cake and fresh fruit, or use as a fondue dipping sauce. Refrigerate any leftover sauce.</p>

- Tips
Tip: Leftover sauce may be reheated in the microwave. Microwave and stir for 30 seconds at a time. If sauce becomes too thick, just add a small amount of whole milk. FESTIVE TOUCH: Pour cooled sauce into clean jars with a lid. Wrap with a ribbon, and give as a hostess gift at holiday parties.
