Buffalo Cheese Steak Sandwich logo

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 package (12 ounces) all beef sandwich steaks, cut into thick strips
  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 8 slices provolone or American cheese
  • 4 (6 inch) hoagie rolls, split

Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Heat oil in large skillet on high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender. Remove from skillet; keep warm.

ADD beef sandwich steaks to same skillet. Cook and stir about 4 minutes or until cooked through. Drain well. Stir in RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce; heat through.

DIVIDE onion and steak evenly among hoagie rolls. Top each sandwich with 2 slices of cheese.

PLACE sandwiches on large baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut in half to serve. Drizzle with more RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce, if desired.

Tailgating Tip: Prepare sandwiches ahead. Wrap in heavy foil. Heat on grill until cheese melts and meat is hot.
