Cajun Buffalo Chicken Wings logo

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds chicken wing pieces
  • 3/4 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Mix RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce, Ketchup and Cajun seasoning in large bowl. Set aside.

ARRANGE wings on large foil-lined pan. Bake on lowest oven rack 30 minutes or until crispy, turning once. 

TOSS wings in sauce mixture to coat.

Tips:

Alternate Cooking Directions: Fry, broil or grill wings as directed below. Deep fry at 375°F for 12 min. or until cooked through and crispy; drain. Broil 6 inches from heat 15 to 20 min., turning once. Grill over medium heat 20 to 25 min., turning often.
