Stingin' Honey Garlic Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry logo

Makes: 6 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 4 cups cut-up vegetables, such as snow peas and bell pepper strips
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 1/4 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Stingin' Honey Garlic™ Sauce

Directions:

HEAT 3 teaspoons of the oil in large nonstick skillet or wok on high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry chicken until browned, about 6 min. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

ADD remaining 1 teaspoon oil to skillet. Add ginger and veggies; stir-fry 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Return chicken to skillet.

ADD Stingin' Honey Garlic Sauce. Cook and stir until well mixed and heated through. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
