Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or FRANK'S RedHot® Chile & Lime™ Hot Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion

Directions:

HEAT Frank's RedHot Sauce, oil, garlic and chili powder in medium skillet. Cook over high heat until sauce is bubbly.

STIR in shrimp, bell peppers and onion. Cook about 3 min. until shrimp turn pink and coat with sauce.

SERVE with rice, if desired.
