Best Buffalo Chicken Chili logo

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 lbs. ground chicken
  • 2 large carrots
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 5 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 2 cans (15 oz.) no salt added tomato sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz.) no salt added diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz.) no salt added black beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz.) chili beans in sauce (do not drain)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

HEAT slow cooker on high. Add in olive oil. Add chicken to slow cooker when hot, and cook for about 10 minutes.

IN the mean time, in a food processor add in the carrots, celery and red pepper and process until slightly chunky. Add to chicken. Add remaining ingredients except salt and pepper and cook for two hours. Add salt and pepper as needed.

Tips:

Serve with cilantro, sour cream, cheddar cheese or tortilla chips on the side.
