Frank's RedHot Buffalo Hummus logo

Makes: 3 cups
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

PLACE all ingredients in food processor. Cover; process until very smooth.

TRANSFER dip to serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend before serving.

SERVE with crackers or pita bread and vegetable dippers.



Tips:

Tip: Great as a sandwich spread. Good with grilled vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini and red peppers.
