1 pound ground chicken or ground turkey
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped snow peas
4 green onions, minced
1 bottle FRANK'S RedHot® Stingin' Honey Garlic™ Sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. fresh minced ginger
1 head Boston lettuce, separated into leaves
<p>BROWN chicken in large nonstick skillet. Stir in vegetables and cook 1 minute.</p><p>STIR in Stingin' Honey Garlic Sauce, ginger and cilantro and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.</p><p>SERVE in lettuce leaves and garnish with chopped peanuts, if desired.</p>
