Frank's RedHot Buffalo Chicken Pizza To make personal pizzas, substitute four 7-inch pizza crusts for the large crusts. franks-redhot-buffalo-chicken-pizza Makes: 8 servings 2 (12 inch) prebaked pizza crust shells 1/4 cup thinly sliced celery stalks 3 cups diced cooked chicken 1 1/2 cups any flavor FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce, divided 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 2/3 cup Gorgonzola or blue cheese, crumbled 1/4 cup ranch dressing <p>HEAT oven to 450°F. Spread each shell with 1/2 cup Buffalo Wings Sauce and sprinkle with celery.</p><p>TOSS chicken with remaining 1 cup Buffalo Wings Sauce. Arrange on top of pizzas and top with cheeses.</p><p>BAKE pizzas for 12 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese melts. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of Ranch dressing on each pizza. Cut into wedges or squares to serve.</p>

Ingredients

  • 2 (12 inch) prebaked pizza crust shells
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced celery stalks
  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups any flavor FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce, divided
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2/3 cup Gorgonzola or blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Directions

HEAT oven to 450°F. Spread each shell with 1/2 cup Buffalo Wings Sauce and sprinkle with celery.

BAKE pizzas for 12 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese melts. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of Ranch dressing on each pizza. Cut into wedges or squares to serve.

- Tips

Tip: You may substitute 6 Tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Cayenne Pepper Sauce mixed with 2 Tbsp. melted butter for the Buffalo Wings Sauce. Grill Method: Prepare pizzas as above. Place directly on grill rack. Grill over medium heat until cheese melts and pizza crust is crispy.
