Frank's RedHot Buffalo Chicken Burrito A Buffalo chicken wrap meets burrito in this amazing recipe. franks-redhot-buffalo-chicken-burrito Makes: 4 servings 2/3 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce or FRANK'S RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce, divided 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 2 cups cooked Spanish rice 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 cup shredded lettuce 1/4 cup Treasure Cave ® Blue Cheese Crumbles 4 (10 inches) flour tortillas, heated Corn & Black Bean Salsa, use 1/3 cup per burrito <p>POUR 1/3 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce over chicken in deep dish. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes or overnight.</p><p>GRILL or broil chicken 10 to 15 minutes until no longer pink in center. Slice chicken into long thin strips. Toss chicken with 1/3 cup RedHot Sauce.</p><p>ARRANGE chicken, rice, lettuce , Jack cheese, blue cheese and salsa down center of tortillas, dividing evenly. Fold bottom third of each tortilla over filling; fold sides towards center. Tightly roll up to secure filling. Cut in half and serve.</p>

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce or FRANK'S RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce, divided
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Treasure Cave ® Blue Cheese Crumbles

Directions

POUR 1/3 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce over chicken in deep dish. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes or overnight.
