Corn & Black Bean Salsa Bring your A-game to game day with this easy homemade salsa. Frank’s RedHot® amps up the flavor of a few simple ingredients so all you need to do is grab the chips and chill on the couch. Corn & Black Bean Salsa Makes: 6 servings 1/3 cup olive oil 3 Tbsp. FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar 2 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. McCormick® Chili Powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 pkg. (9 ounces) corn kernels 1 can (15 1/2 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed 1 large ripe tomato, chopped 2 green onions, thinly sliced <p>MIX oil, RedHot Sauce, vinegar, cilantro, garlic, chili powder and salt in a large bowl with wire whisk until well-blended.<br /> <br /> ADD beans, corn, tomato and onions. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh lime wedges. Serve with grilled steak, chicken, or burgers.</p>

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. McCormick® Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. (9 ounces) corn kernels
  • 1 can (15 1/2 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed

Directions
