Cheesy Stuffed Hamburgers
Searching for a better burger? You’re in luck. Season ground beef with Frank’s RedHot® Ranch Dip Seasoning Mix and stuff patties with cheese before grilling to juicy perfection. Serve on toasty rolls and top with classic condiments for a zesty flavor explosion.
Makes: 6 servings
1/2 package (4 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 package FRANK'S RedHot® Ranch Dip Seasoning Mix, divided
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
6 hamburger rolls
<p>MIX cream cheese, shredded cheese, and 1 teaspoon Seasoning Mix in small bowl, set aside.</p>
<p>MIX ground beef and remaining Seasoning Mix in medium bowl. Divide into 12 portions, about 1/4 cup each. Shape into thin patties. Place about 1 heaping tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in center of each of 6 patties. Top with remaining patties, pinching edges to seal filling. If necessary, lightly flatten with spatula.</p>
<p>GRILL on medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds.</p>
<p>SERVE burgers on toasted rolls with desired toppings and condiments.</p>

Tips
Test Kitchen Tip: To prepare burgers on the stove top, cook patties in large skillet on medium heat, 4 to 6 minutes per side. Toast rolls in same skillet, if desired.
