Buffalo Chili Onions
Serve spicy barbecue onions on top of burgers or along side of grilled steaks.
Makes: 6 servings
1/2 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/2 cup butter, melted [or olive oil]
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon McCormick® Chili Powder
4 large sweet onions, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
<p>In a medium bowl, stir together Frank's RedHot Sauce, butter, barbecue sauce and chili powder.</p><p>Brush mixture onto onion slices. Grill onions over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until tender, turning and basting often with the chili mixture.</p>
