Buffalo Chicken Tenders buffalo-chicken-tenders Makes: 4 servings 1 pound boneless chicken tenderloins 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 large eggs, beaten 1 cup panko bread crumbs [or unseasoned bread crumbs] 1/2 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce 1/4 cup vegetable oil <p>PLACE chicken and flour in large resealable plastic bag; toss to coat. Place eggs in shallow dish. Place panko in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken into eggs, then into panko, turning to coat well.</p> <p>HEAT oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through and crispy, turning once.</p> <p>TOSS chicken in Buffalo Wings Sauce. Serve immediately.</p>

Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken tenderloins
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs [or unseasoned bread crumbs]
  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions

PLACE chicken and flour in large resealable plastic bag; toss to coat. Place eggs in shallow dish. Place panko in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken into eggs, then into panko, turning to coat well.

TOSS chicken in Buffalo Wings Sauce. Serve immediately.

- Tips

Test Kitchen Tips:

• To prepare in the oven, preheat oven to 450°F. Prepare chicken tenders as above. Arrange in single layer on shallow baking pan. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through and crispy.

• No boneless chicken tenderloins? Substitute boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch wide strips.
