Buffalo Chicken Fajitas Give these fajitas a tasty twist using FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce. buffalo-chicken-fajitas Makes: 4 servings 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast 3/4 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce or FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce 3 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix 2 red or green bell peppers, cut into quarters 1 large onion, cut into thick slices 3/4 cup chili sauce 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas [or corn tortillas] sour cream, optional <p>POUR 1/2 cup Buffalo Wings Sauce over chicken in deep dish. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 3 hours. Drain chicken and rub both sides with seasoning mix.</p><p>GRILL chicken and vegetables 10 to 15 minutes until chicken is medium rare and vegetables are charred, but tender. Thinly slice chicken and vegetables.</p><p>PLACE vegetables in large bowl. Stir in chili sauce and remaining 1/4 cup Buffalo Wings Sauce. Layer chicken and vegetable mixture on tortillas, dividing evenly. If desired, serve with sour cream, lettuce and cheese.</p>

  • 3 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 red or green bell peppers, cut into quarters

  • 3/4 cup chili sauce
  • 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas [or corn tortillas]

Directions

POUR 1/2 cup Buffalo Wings Sauce over chicken in deep dish. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 3 hours. Drain chicken and rub both sides with seasoning mix.
