Buffalo Chicken Bites buffalo-chicken-bites Makes: 32 bites 2 (8 ounce) cans Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet 1 cup chopped cooked chicken 1/4 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce or FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese [or shredded mozzarella cheese] 4 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions <p>CUT each dough sheet into 16 rectangles. Place rectangles on ungreased cookie sheets.</p><p>MIX chicken, FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce, blue cheese, cream cheese, and scallions in a bowl.</p><p>SPOON mixture on half of each rectangle and fold dough over filling. Press edges with fork to seal.</p><p>BAKE at 350°F 13 to 16 min. or just until golden brown.</p>

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce or FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese [or shredded mozzarella cheese]
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions

Directions

CUT each dough sheet into 16 rectangles. Place rectangles on ungreased cookie sheets.

MIX chicken, FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce, blue cheese, cream cheese, and scallions in a bowl.
