Ingredients

  • 3 lb boneless pork shoulder roast, trimmed and cut into 3 pieces
  • 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

Directions

PLACE pork in slow cooker.

MIX remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over pork. Cover.

COOK 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW. Remove pork from slow cooker.

SHRED pork using 2 forks. Toss with 1 cup juice from slow cooker. Serve on rolls with coleslaw, if desired.
