  1. HEAT 1 tablespoon oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over high-heat. Add chicken in a single layer, working n batches if necessary. Stir-fry 4-6 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown. Remove to a plate; repeat with remaining chicken, adding additional oil to pan, if needed.
  2. ADD remaining tablespoon oil to pan along with vegetables. Stir-fry 3-5 minutes, or until tender-crisp and lightly charred. Add chicken back to skillet.
  3. POUR Stingin' Honey Teriyaki Sauce over chicken and vegetables; toss to coat. Cook 2-3 minutes. Serve over rice, if desired.
