Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups broccoli slaw
  • 1 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup Frank's® RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

directions

  1. HEAT oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli slaw and ginger and cook 3 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Add rice and cook 3 minutes, stirring often. Stir in Sweet Chili Sauce and soy sauce.
  2. MAKE a well in the center of the rice and add eggs. Cook 3 minutes or until set. Stir into rice and cook until eggs are done.
