Tuna Steaks with Shrimp Creole Sauce

HEAT 2 tablespoons oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, peppers, celery and garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add tomatoes, Frank's RedHot Sauce, tomato paste, thyme and bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 5 minutes, stirring often. Add shrimp; cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove and discard bay leaf. Set aside shrimp sauce.
BRUSH fish steaks with remaining 2 tablespoons oil. Grill over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once. Transfer to serving platter. Spoon Shrimp Creole Sauce over fish. Serve with rice, if desired.
