INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup prepared salsa

1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil or cilantro

4 fresh breaded chicken breast cutlets

8 tbsp. FRANK'S® RedHot Sweet Chili® Sauce

4 leaves romaine lettuce

4 kaiser rolls, split in half and toasted

DIRECTIONS:

COMBINE salsa and basil or cilantro; set aside.

COOK chicken cutlets according to package directions until golden and brown. Brush each side of cutlets with 1 tbsp. Sweet Chili Sauce.

PLACE chicken cutlets on bottom of rolls. Top each with 1 leaf lettuce and 2 tbsp. salsa. Cover with top half of rolls.

TIPS:

Tip: Substitute grilled chicken breasts for the breaded cutlets.
