INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenders

12 metal skewers

1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sweet Chili Sauce

Spicy Cucumber Salsa (recipe follows)

DIRECTIONS:

ARRANGE chicken tenders on metal skewers. Baste with 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce.

GRILL chicken 5 min. over medium-high heat until chicken is cooked.

SERVE with Spicy Cucumber Salsa.

TIPS:

Spicy Cucumber Salsa: Combine 1 1/2 cups chopped cucumber, 1 red bell pepper, chopped, 1/4 cup chopped red onion, 2 tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sweet Chili Sauce and 2 Tbsp. minced cilantro. Toss to coat well.
