SWEET CHILI CITRUS GLAZED SHRIMP

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup FRANK'S® RedHot Sweet Chili® Sauce or FRANK'S® REDHOT® Kickin' BBQ Sauce

2 tbsp. orange marmalade

1 tbsp. butter

1 lb. large raw shrimp,shelled and deveined

DIRECTIONS:

HEAT Frank's Sauce, marmalade and butter in medium skillet. Cook over high heat 2 to 3 min. until sauce is bubbly, stirring often.

ADD shrimp. Cook, stirring, 3 to 5 minutes until shrimp are pink and coated with sauce.

SERVE over rice, if desired.

Good Recipe....quick & light. It went well with rice pilaf with a little diced carrots, celery, onion, green & red pepper and a tiny bit of jalopena(sp)? A nice garnish of Italian parsley and lemon wedges would improve the presentation an may give it a little more flavor. Even my waspy wife who eschews spicy food liked it.

I added fresh garlic and lemon juice and it really spiced this recipe up a little.

This is a very simple and very tasty recipe. We had it a couple of nights ago with some fresh Georgia shrimp and will be fixing again very soon.
