STUFFED SAUSAGE PIZZA

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound turkey or pork sausage, casings removed
1 onion, chopped
2 small red or green bell peppers, diced
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 pound frozen bread dough, thawed and at room temperature
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon each Parmesan cheese and sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS:Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Sauté sausage, onion and peppers until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in cheese, eggs, Frank's RedHot Sauce and oregano; set aside.
Heat oven to 375°F. Cut dough in half. Roll half the dough into a 14 x 10-inch rectangle on lightly floured board. Pat into bottom and 1-inch up sides of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Roll out remaining dough into a 13 x 9-inch rectangle; keep covered.
Spoon sausage mixture over bottom of dough. Cover with top half of dough. Pinch top and bottom edges of dough to seal. Brush top lightly with milk. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and sesame seeds.
Bake 25 minutes until golden and cooked through. Let stand 10 minutes; cut into squares.
Tip: When handling bread dough, let dough rest 5 minutes if dough springs back when rolling.
