Ingredients

  • 1 lb. skirt steak
  • 8 eggs,scrambled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • FRANK'S RedHot® Slammin' Sriracha® Hot Sauce
  • 4 each flour tortilla (8-inch)

Directions

SEASON steak with salt and pepper if desired. Grill or broil to desired doneness. Slice steak.

ARRANGE steak, egg and cheese down center of tortilla. Squeeze on Sriracha Sauce.

FOLD in ends, roll up and serve.
