Spicy Sausage Gravy and Biscuits

COOK pork in large skillet on medium/high heat. Add sage, pepper, marjoram, sugar and cloves. Cook until browned.
REMOVE pork from heat and place in a separate dish that is lined with paper towels. Leave remnants in the skillet.
WHISK together milk and flour; add to skillet. On medium heat, constantly stir mixture until it begins to thicken. Add Buffalo sauce and stir to mix well.
STIR in meat; continue stirring until heated.
DIVIDE mixture evenly over biscuit bottoms. Top and serve.
