SPICY PEANUT NOODLE SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard

1/3 cup reduced-sodium vegetable broth

1/3 cup peanut butter

2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce

2 tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Cayenne Pepper Sauce or more to taste

2 cups thinly sliced vegetables such as green onion, snow peas, cucumber or bell peppers

1 1/2 cups cooked thin spaghetti (4 ounces uncooked)

DIRECTIONS:

MIX mustard, broth, peanut butter, teriyaki sauce and Frank's RedHot Sauce in large bowl; whisk until blended.

STIR in remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Serve immediately. If desired, serve on salad greens.

TIPS:

Tip: This salad can be made into a main course by adding 2 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken.
