1/2 cup sushi and sashimi soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
DIRECTIONS:Combine first 4 ingredients. Place chicken in a large plastic storage bag and cover with marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator from 4 to 24 hours.
Preheat barbecue to 400°F (200°C) and place chicken on grill. Cook over high heat for about 5 minutes, with the lid open halfway. Watch chicken closely to make sure it doesn't burn. Flip chicken, brush with more marinade, and cook for a few minutes longer. Serve.
