PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Brown pork on all sides in large skillet. Transfer to roasting pan and add onion and mango.
POUR Rajili over pork and vegetables and roast 20 minutes or until pork is desired doneness. Slice pork and serve with mango and red onion and squeeze on additional Rajili.
Grill method: Brown pork on grill over high heat. Transfer to disposable foil pan with onion and mango. Pour Rajili over vegetables. Place pan on grill and close cover. Grill over medium low heat until pork is desired doneness..
