INGREDIENTS:

6 ears corn on the cob, (steamed or grilled to your liking)

1/4 cup Hellmann's® Real or Light Mayonnaise

3 tbsp sour cream

3 tbsp chopped cilantro

1 clove garlic, minced or pressed

1/4 tsp. chili powder

2 tbsp FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

1 lime juiced

1/2 cup Cotija Cheese or Parmesan, finely grated

DIRECTIONS:

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, garlic, RedHot, and lime juice. Transfer corn to a platter and let cool slightly, about 3 min.

Toss cooked corn with dressing and sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
