Hot & Spicy BBQ Chicken Stir-Fry

COMBINE barbecue sauce, teriyaki baste & glaze sauce, Frank's RedHot Sauce, ginger and garlic; set aside.
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet or wok until very hot. Stir-fry chicken 5 minutes until browned. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes until crisp-tender.
STIR in barbecue sauce mixture. Stir-fry 1 minute until mixture is well glazed. Serve with rice if desired. Garnish with sesame seeds and minced green onion, if desired.
Tips: Purchase cut-up vegetables from the salad bar of the supermarket to save time. This barbecue glaze makes a good dipping sauce for egg rolls and fried wontons. Variation: Substitute 1 lb. shrimp, boneless steak or pork for the chicken.
