INGREDIENTS:

3 cups (6 oz.) FRENCH'S® Original French Fried Onions

2 tsp. Cajun spice blend

2 tbsp. reduced-fat mayonnaise

1 tsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

1 lb. catfish or tilapia fillets, cut crosswise into 1-inch strips

DIRECTIONS:

MIX French Fried Onions and Cajun spice in plastic bag. Crush with hands or rolling pin.

COMBINE mayonnaise and Frank's RedHot Sauce in large bowl. Add fish strips to bowl and toss to coat.

DIP coated fish strips into onion crumbs.

BAKE fish strips on foil-lined baking sheet at 400°F for 15 min. or until fish flakes with a fork.

Look for FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions in the canned vegetable aisle!
