POUR 1 cup sauce over chicken and toss to coat.
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Meanwhile, heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook onion 5 minutes or until softened. Add 1/2 cup sauce and cook 2 minutes. Set aside.
ARRANGE chicken on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
BRUSH each flatbread with remaining sauce. Layer each flatbread with chicken, onion mixture, cheese and mango. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut in half to serve.
Cut into smaller pieces to serve as an appetizer.
