Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. chicken wings and thighsbone-in chicken parts
  • 3/4 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, divided
  • 1/4 cup buttermelted [ margarine]

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 425 °F. Arrange chicken in greased baking pan. Brush chicken pieces with 1/4 cup Frank's RedHot Sauce. Bake 1 hour or until no loner pink in center; drain.

COMBINE remaining 1/2 cup sauce and butter in large bowl. Dip chicken pieces into sauce mixture to coat. If desired, serve with cooked rice and salad tossed with blue cheese dressing.
