INGREDIENTS:

4 pounds chicken wings and thighs (or cut-up chicken pieces)

3/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, divided

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 425 °F. Arrange chicken in greased baking pan. Brush chicken pieces with 1/4 cup Frank's RedHot Sauce. Bake 1 hour or until no loner pink in center; drain.

Combine remaining 1/2 cup sauce and butter in large bowl. Dip chicken pieces into sauce mixture to coat. If desired, serve with cooked rice and salad tossed with blue cheese dressing.
