INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup Italian salad dressing

1/2 cup any flavor FRANK'S® REDHOT® Cayenne Pepper Sauce

1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro or parsley

1 tsp. dried oregano leaves

2 tsp. minced garlic

2 lbs. boneless sirloin ( 1 1/2 inches thick)

Flour tortillas, heated

DIRECTIONS:

COMBINE salad dressing, Frank's RedHot Sauce, cilantro, oregano and garlic in blender. Cover and process until smooth. Reserve 3/4 cup sauce.

POUR remaining sauce over steak in plastic bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 min.

GRILL steak over high heat 20 min., turning once. Let rest 5 min.

SLICE steak and serve with reserved sauce and warm tortillas.
