ASIAN BBQ GLAZED SALMON & SHRIMP

1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 pieces salmon fillets, 4 x 2 x 1-inches (about 1 1/2 lb. total)
Salt and pepper to tasteDIRECTIONS:
MIX barbecue sauce, Frank's RedHot Sauce, honey, soy sauce and sesame oil. Transfer 1/2 cup sauce to small saucepan.
Place shrimp on metal skewers. Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Generously baste remaining barbecue sauce mixture on both sides of salmon and shrimp.
GRILL salmon and shrimp kabobs on a well-greased grill over medium heat until cooked through, turning and basting once. (About 12 to 15 min. for salmon and 3 min. for shrimp.) Heat reserved sauce and serve on the side.
