Frank’s® RedHot® Buffalo Chicken Dip Dance Contest

No Purchase Necessary to enter or win

1. How It Works: Frank's® RedHot® and FRENCH’S® Foods, a division of Reckitt Benckiser Inc., invites you to submit an original dance video set to the tune of our Buffalo Chicken Dip Remix music. All videos must include the Buffalo Chicken Dip Remix music provided on the Frank’s® RedHot® Facebook page (www.facebook.com/FranksRedHot) or website (http://franksredhot.com). The video submission must not exceed 2 minutes. The contest will be broken into 2 rounds: a submission period and a voting period. The submission round from March 2, 2011 through March 23, 2011 will allow Facebook users to submit their original video. The voting round from March 24, 2011 through March 30, 2011 will allow Frank’s® RedHot® fans to vote on their favorite video submissions. The video with the most votes by March 30, 2011 11:59 pm will be chosen as the Grand Prize winner. The winning video will be featured on www.facebook.com/FranksRedHot. The winner will receive a Frank’s® RedHot® Party to Go Pack.

2. How to Enter: Beginning at 12:01 PM EST on March 2, 2011 through 11:59 PM EST on March 23, 2011, you can find the entry application on the Buffalo Chicken Dip Contest tab on the Frank’s® RedHot® Page at http://www.facebook.com/FranksRedHot. Once there, click on the 'LIKE' button and follow the on-screen instructions to enter. Limit of three entries per email address/person/Facebook member for the duration of the submission round and up to five entries per household for the duration of the submission round. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or more than one entry per day will void all entries and result in disqualification. All videos must be original and created by you for the purposes of promoting the contest without payment or compensation to you. You agree that your submission will not include any material or language that is profane, defamatory or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. FRENCH’S® Foods in its sole discretion reserves the right to reject any video, and disqualify your entry if the submission violates any of these conditions.

By submitting your video you accept all contest rules and agree to be bound by the voting rules, which will be final. You also agree that your video(s) becomes the sole property of FRENCH’S® Foods and Reckitt Benckiser. FRENCH’S® Foods and Reckitt Benckiser reserve the right to edit, adapt, copyright, publish, transfer and use any or all of the video submissions, without compensation. By submitting your video(s) you also agree that you have received documented consent from all persons included in the video and its creation to appear in the video and have it published on the aforementioned Reckitt Benckiser properties. Contest begins on 12:01 PM EST on March 2, 2011 and ends at 11:59PM EST on March 30, 2011.

Contest Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter or win. You are eligible if you are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of March 2, 2011 and a legal United States resident residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at the time of the Contest Finals. You must have access to the Internet. Contest is void where prohibited. Potential winner will be required to submit an affidavit of eligibility within 7 days of notification that they are a grand prize winner.

3. You will be disqualified if you are:

A professional dancer or dance instructor. You are considered a “professional” if you receive monetary compensation for dancing-related talents or engage in dancing as a means of livelihood.
An employee of FRENCH’S® Foods, Reckitt Benckiser Inc. or any of their affiliated companies or any promotion, advertising, PR companies doing business with any of the above or a member of the immediate family or live in the same household of such employees (whether related or not).

4. Video Requirements: All videos must be submitted through www.facebook.com/franksredhot/contest. If you do not have a Facebook account, you are free to create an account in order to enter. Videos must:

Be original and created by submitter. By submitting the video, the submitter agrees that they have documented consent from all individuals included in the video and its creation to appear on all aforementioned Reckitt Benckiser properties.
Include the Frank’s® RedHot® Buffalo Chicken Dip Remix music.
Not include any material or language that is profane, defamatory or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
Be no longer than 2 minutes in length.

5. Voting: Online voting begins March 24, 2011 at 12:00 AM EST and ends March 30, 2011 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Voting Period"). Anyone that is a fan of Frank’s® RedHot® on Facebook can vote for their favorite video submission. The Administrators have the right, in their sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, including the right to void votes, including, but not limited to, for the following reasons:

multiple votes from the same user from different IP addresses or from different email addresses; fraudulent entry votes (using a redirect link, a disguised link, a fraudulent link, etc.);
technical malfunction of servers or internet connection;
User(s) recanting their own votes;
Technical or content upgrades that render votes incompatible or inconsistent; and inappropriate conduct in promoting votes (spam, harassment, etc.).

6. Winner Selection: A winner will be determined by popular vote on Thursday, March 30st. The winner will be notified via email. The winning video will be featured on www.facebook.com/franksredhot and/or www.franksredhot.com.

No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Prize: One Grand Prize winner will be awarded one Grand Prize: Frank’s® RedHot® Party to Go Pack. ARV: $2,000. The delivery of the Frank’s® RedHot® Party to Go Pack is to be on a Sponsor designated date between March 30, 2011 and April 20, 2011.

No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. GENERAL RULES: All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of the winner. By entering contest, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions by popular vote, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance constitutes permission to FRENCH’S® Foods and Reckitt Benckiser to use winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. FRENCH’S® Foods and Reckitt Benckiser are not responsible for lost or late mail, or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If, in the Administrators' opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the Administrators reserve the right to modify the sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by the Administrators, at the Administrators' sole discretion. In such event, winner will be determined by popular vote from eligible entries received prior to such determination, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by the Administrators. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning online entrant, entries made by internet will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. All federal and state laws apply.

9. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by appropriate courts in the State of New Jersey; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

10. Personal Information: The information collected from you is subject to our privacy policy located at http://franksredhot.com/info/privacy-policy. You agree that personal data, such as your name and address, may be stored and otherwise used for the purposes within the context of this Contest and any other purposes outlined in these Rules. The data may also be used in order to check your identity, postal address and telephone number, or to otherwise verify your eligibility to participate in the Contest and to receive any prize. You have a right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by Frank’s® RedHot® by going to the Contact Us section of the of the Frank’s® RedHot® ® website (http://franksredhot.com/info/contact-us) and indicating your request. If your data is not provided or is canceled, your entry will be ineligible.

11. Prohibitions: You agree not to reproduce, download, re-distribute copy, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any recipe, photograph or video (other than your own) contained in the site to anyone. You acknowledge and agree that, except as set forth herein, you have no right to modify, edit, alter or enhance any of the recipes, photographs or videos (other than your own) in any manner.

12. Only entries submitted via the electronic method provided on Facebook will be accepted. FRENCH’S® Foods and Reckitt Benckiser and their promotion agencies are not responsible for phone, network, electronic or computer hardware or software failure, or technical failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, network fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by contest sponsors, entrants, or programming components utilized in this promotion.

13. Release: Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Frank’s® RedHot®, its parent company, and including its officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim, loss, damage, liability, expense, impairment or cause of action arising out of or related to your participation in the Contest or your receipt or use of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any illegible, incomplete, damaged or inaccurate entries, and/or entries that do not comply with these Rules and/or entries submitted by mail or facsimile. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for entries Frank’s® RedHot® is unable to process due to network, hardware or other technical failures or lost e-mail entries, however caused. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any loss or damage suffered as a result of your use, misuse, display, dissemination, replication, distribution, copying or downloading of Recipes, Photos, or Videos contained on this site, including but not limited to any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages however arising, even if the Released Parties have previously been advised of the possibility of such damage.

14. FRENCH’S® Foods/Reckitt Benckiser Inc. has the right to cancel the contest for any reason at its sole discretion without liability.

15. Any attempt by entrant to deliberately damage the contest or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest may be in violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, FRENCH’S® Foods/Reckitt Benckiser Inc. reserves the right to seek remedies and damages, including attorney's fees from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.

16. Results: The winner will be listed on www.facebook.com/franksredhot.
